I fixed some issues and added some stuff.

• Store is now fixed!
• Added submachine gun.
• Arousal is reset on a new day.
• Respawn at camp when dying.
• Skip sex scenes with the inventory button.
• Days last 5 minutes now.
• HUD is hidden in sex scenes.
• Fixed a bug where loot was spawned as child of the wrong node.
